1. Service Description

Eternalsix provides web-based productivity tools and AI workflow utilities. Some tools are free (with usage limits), others require Eternalsix Pro subscription.

2. Eternalsix Pro Subscription

• Price: $19/month, billed monthly
• Unlocks all tools with unlimited usage
• Cancel anytime via account settings or by emailing ceo@eternalsix.com
• Refund: full refund within 14 days of first purchase, no refunds for subsequent renewals

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use our tools for: illegal activities, generating harmful content, automated mass abuse, or violating third-party rights.

4. Rate Limits

Free tier: 3 uses per tool per day per IP. Pro: unlimited (subject to fair-use policy).

5. Intellectual Property

Eternalsix retains all rights to the tools. You retain rights to content you submit and outputs you generate.

6. Disclaimer

Tools are provided "as-is" without warranty. AI outputs may contain errors — verify before use.

7. Korean Compliance

본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 준수합니다. 분쟁 발생 시 서울중앙지방법원이 1심 관할법원입니다.
