8. 뭐라하누 (/noo) 데이터 처리
뭐라하누는 로그인 없이 쓰는 서비스이며, 아래 내용은 실제 구현과 일치합니다.
- 대화와 캡처 — 붙여넣은 대화 내용과 업로드한 캡처 이미지는 답장을 만들기 위해 AI 제공자(Anthropic)의 API로 전송됩니다. Eternalsix는 캡처 원본이나 대화 원문을 서버·데이터베이스에 저장하지 않으며, 만들어진 답장도 저장하지 않습니다.
- 로그·분석 — 대화 원문, 만들어진 답장, 업로드한 이미지, 휴대폰 번호는 서버 로그나 분석 도구(Vercel Analytics)에 기록하지 않습니다. 분석에는 화면 단계와 선택한 항목(예: 상대·말투) 같은 내용 없는 값만 담깁니다.
- 익명 방문자 식별 — 무료 사용 횟수와 PRO 만료 시각을 서버에서 세기 위해, 서명된 httpOnly 쿠키 하나로 임의의 방문자 식별자를 저장합니다. 이 식별자에는 이름·이메일·전화번호가 들어 있지 않고, 저장되는 값은 성공한 생성 횟수와 PRO 시작/만료 시각뿐입니다. 별도의 기기 지문(fingerprinting)은 사용하지 않습니다.
- 결제 — 결제는 PayApp이 처리하며 Eternalsix는 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보를 받지 않습니다. 결제 확인을 위해 거래번호·금액·통화·결제상태·결제시각과, 구매자 휴대폰 번호를 되돌릴 수 없게 변환한 해시값(HMAC)만 저장합니다. 휴대폰 번호 원문은 저장하지 않습니다.
- IP 주소 — 자동화 남용을 막는 요청 제한 용도로만 사용하며, 이용자를 식별하는 수단으로 쓰지 않습니다.
삭제 요청은 ceo@eternalsix.com 으로 보내주세요. 브라우저 쿠키를 지우면 해당 브라우저의 익명 식별자 연결이 끊깁니다.
